Screen Printing Process
Below is an overview explaining the things to consider and steps to take in getting started with your Custom Screen Printed Tees from Big Dawg Shirt Shack.
DesignArtwork is one of the biggest factors in the final output of having a good looking tee or having an awesome looking tee. It can also make a difference in price and turnaround time. View Art Guidelines for more information and files required.
A few of the popular locations would be:
- Logo on front - centered
- Logo on front - left chest
- Logo back - centered
- Logo back - top or bottom
- Right or left sleeve
- Label print - inside collar
From a one color design on the front of the tee to multiple locations we can help you make your Brand stand out.
Look and Style of Tee and Ink
We have many shirt suppliers we work with and we offer a variety of Inks. We will be glad to work with you on what tees are the most cost effective for the project you are working on and/or which tees print better with specific Inks. Check out our Ink and Tee page for more info.
QuantityThe number of tees you order play a big part in the overall price of each tee. The more tees you order, the cheaper each tee is. If you are unsure of the exact amount of tees you need, we can add in quantity price breaks with your quote.
