Custom Screen Printing and Design

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Our minimum order is (24). We can do smaller quantities but the price will be increased to reflect the smaller quantities.

Will I have to apply a down payment to the order?

Yes, we require a deposit of 50% down before project is started.

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders will have a 7-10 business day turnaround after artwork is approved. If your project is completed sooner you will receive your order sooner. We can do rush orders depending on current projects along with an added rush order fee to be determined by the amount of rush needed to complete order.

What type of artwork files do you need?

You can go to our Artwork page to learn more about what you can send.

Do you do Custom artwork?

Yes we can work with you and create artwork that fits your needs. We can start from the ground up or tweak an existing design you have.

Can you ship my order to me?

Yes we can ship your order to you. Let us know up front before project is started and we can add shipping cost into your quote.

Does Big Dawg Shirt Shack print all the tees that are available in the store?

Yes, BDSS custom hand prints all the tees you see available in our store. We work closely with our clients throughout the whole design and printing process so we can offer up the best products and services to help our clients build their brand.  

When I click on a shirt it says unavailable.

Sometimes it will show unavailable when the size "Small" is out of stock due to that size defaulting to the top. Click on the arrow in the "Drop down box" and select the size you are looking for and it will tell you the availability for that size. 

Why does it cost $2 dollars more for 2X and 3X sizes?

Being that there is more material in those sizes, the manufacturer charges us more for those shirts. We do not make more money on those sizes we just pass on the cost of the extra material.

Will I be charged Taxes on my purchase?

Big Dawg Shirt Shack is only required to collect sales tax if you are in the state of Texas. 

How long does it take for orders to get here?

Due to firefighting schedules, we do are best to ship orders out within 3-5 business days of your placed order. If you have not received a tracking number within that time frame usually means we are busy printing up tees to fill your order. After we ship the orders, please allow 5-10 business days for the USPS to deliver your order.

Fundraisers done through BDSS can sometimes extend pass the normal 3-5 business days for shipping due to the volume purchases from supporters.

Do you have international shipping options?

Yes we ship worldwide. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

What shirt brands do you use?

Shirt brands differ for each of the apparel lines we offer. We will do our best to make sure each shirt product has a full description, especially if it is made in America.

Will your shirts shrink in the wash?

It is hard to say since Big Dawg Shirt Shack offers a wide variety of types and styles. With any custom screen printed tee we recommend washing in cold water, and then hang dry. This is the best way to keep the fabric colors as vibrant wash after wash. We have also experienced some shrinkage with certain fabric blends if washed any other way.

What payment methods are accepted?

We use Stripe which accepts all Major Credit Cards. It is the safest way for you to shop online, and the quickest way for us to receive your payment so we can ship your products out.

How secure is your store?

Stripe automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits.
